Wishing Us Well!

These are pictures of a group we went to Nauvoo with several years ago.  They organized this little get together to send us on our way to Kirtland.  Some of them have been to Kirtland and shared lots of good information and pictures with us.  We had a ball!  It's had to beat good friendships!

We will likely 'recognize' much of the area when we arrive on Friday, April 29th.  We have studied, looked at pictures, read on the internet and talked to several who have been there.

It is getting closer by the day, now.  We just hope that spring will actually come before we leave and we won't find it necessary to drive 1800 miles through a bunch of storms! Right now, that seems entirely possible, the way the weather has been going!
